3. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
Advance payment is mandatory to avail our services. This is necessary for confirmation of advance payment booking and no booking will be confirmed without payment. At the time of booking, the customer will have to give his venue, timing and other necessary information clearly.
Important point:
(a) Booking will be confirmed only after receiving advance payment.
(b) Booking amount can be paid online or through digital means.
(c) The remaining payment will have to be done on the day of service or at a predetermined time.
(d) Booking can be cancelled due to any wrong or incomplete payment.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We understand that sometimes customers may have to change their plan. Therefore, we have kept our cancellation and refund policy transparent and simple.
Cancellation Rules:
(a) If the customer cancels the booking within 48 hours, the refund will be returned within 3 days.
(b) No refund will be available on cancellation of booking after 48 hours.
(c) If for some reason we have to cancel the booking on our behalf, the entire advance will be returned.
(d) If customers want to transfer their booking to another person, it will depend on our consent and availability.
5. SERVICE MODIFICATION POLICY
Customers’ satisfaction is our priority, but it can be difficult to accept changes at any last time. If a customer needs to change his booking, they should inform us as soon as possible. Last time changes will only depend on our consent and availability.
6. CLIENT RESPONSINILITIES
Customers are required to follow some important responsibilities to avail our services. This is not only important for maintaining the quality of service, but it also improves customer experience.
Customers’ Responsible:
(a) It is necessary to be present on time.
(b) If a customer has any type of skin allergy, it will be mandatory to inform them in advance.
(c) The information given during booking should be correct and complete.
(d) If customers are late from the scheduled time, additional fees can be levied or booking can be canceled.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
We keep the customer’s personal information completely confidential and do not share it with a third party. Our payment systems are completely safe, so that the financial information of the customers can be protected from any unauthorized access.
We make sure that:

(b) No data will be shared without consent with any third party.
(c) Online payments are accepted completely through safe means.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a customer has any problem related to our services, we will try to solve it by mutual consent. If a mutual solution is not possible, the matter will be subject to Indian laws and courts.
9. UPDATES & CHANGES

10. No return .Once after the process is done amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days .
